CURRENT RESEARCH

I am a Ph.D. student in Civil Engineering under Prof. Priyanka Ghosh and Dr. Sudib K. Mishra. My research interests are in the domain of geotechnical engineering. I work in broad areas of soil dynamics, geotechnical earthquake engineering, and geomechanics.

My current research deals with the use of a noble technique to improve the seismic performance of geotechnical structures such as retaining walls. I also study other fluid-soil-structure interaction problems, such as dynamic dam-reservoir interactions by using computational tools such as the finite element method.
